• check_circleEmployee account information: username, full name, role, internal email — used for authentication and role-based access.
• check_circleBusiness data entered by employees in the course of their work: orders, customer information (name, phone number, delivery address), inventory, care notes, messages exchanged with customers through the Company's channels, photos of delivery notes.
• check_circleDevice identifier (a device code generated by the app) — used to manage signed-in devices and protect accounts.

All data serves only the internal operations of Navico Co., Ltd.: sales, delivery, inventory, receivables, customer care and HR management. Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections and stored on servers managed by the Company.

We do not sell or share data with third parties for advertising or user-tracking purposes. The app contains no ads and uses no third-party tracking tools. Data is disclosed only when required by law.

• check_circleAccount passwords are stored only in the device's Keychain (secure storage), never in plain text.
• check_circleAll connections to the server use HTTPS.
• check_circleData access is restricted according to each employee's role.
• check_circleAdministrators can revoke a device's sign-in access at any time.

• check_circleCamera / Photo library: used only when an employee takes or selects a photo of a signed delivery note to attach to an order.
• check_circleNotifications: internal work reminders (new orders, orders pending approval, customer messages).

Employees may request to view, correct or delete their personal data by contacting the administration team. When an employee leaves the Company, their account is deactivated.
